• Regular inspections of Vetter lifting bags and safety cushions are mandated by the German Statutory Accident Insurance and are in the best interest of the rescue services. Only in this way can it be ensured that functional equipment helps save lives. The training courses of the Vetter training academy provide you with the necessary know-how.
• Demonstration of practical application examples
• Examination of the construction and function of the safety cushions and lifting bags, including a tour of the production facility
• Presentation of the legal basis for the inspections according to DGUV 305-002 "Who inspects what when and in what way"
• Detailed discussion of the respective test specifications, test setup, and test intervals
• Extensive practical implementation of the prescribed tests in small groups
• Analysis of the tests and discussion of the test results
• Documentation of the test results using the specified test protocols
• Instructions for storage, cleaning, maintenance, and repair of the cushions.

The basis of the inspections and thus the training is the legal obligation of the rescue services to carry out and document the prescribed inspections according to the manufacturer's specifications.

• On premise: Upon request from a group size of 6 people.

• Fire departments, emergency services, military, all types of technical industry.
• Prerequisite is the training as a device technician according to FwDV2 (proof is required); Does not apply to professional fire brigades, THW and industrial use of the cushions.

• Duration: one day per training session
• Comprehensive training materials (printed and electronic) as well as test instructions, test protocols, and more
• Snacks, beverages, lunch, and depending on the course, also testing equipment

• After passing a performance assessment, certificates of attendance will be issued
• Additionally, each participant of the safety cushion training will receive an individual inspector number, including a personalized sealing pliers and inspector's stamp
